The official Roblox description is blunt: earn money by driving realistic cars or roleplay with friends. Under the hood that splits into Drive-to-Earn, job timers, code drops, daily objectives, and optional Roblox Plus+. Players who only do one of those stay poor. Players who stack three of them buy a Tucson in a single evening.

1. Redeem codes (burst)

Always start a new account or a patch day on the codes hub. Late-August live strings include ANNIVERSARY, THIRTYMILLIONVISITS, and JULY4TH. Follow how to redeem so you do not type them in chat. Plus+ accounts get +5% extra code rewards. Codes are not a salary. They are a down payment.

2. Drive-to-Earn (passive while moving)

Driving pays. Reckless driving pays worse. Community clips that actually show the HUD agree on a simple rule: stay about 5–10 mph above the posted limit. On a 30 mph street that is roughly 35–45 mph. Highway comments cluster around the high 50s; one widely quoted clip says setting 60 mph produced about $650, while a Plus+ driver reported $750 at 57 mph. Treat those as snapshots, not a forever formula, because Pre-Alpha payouts move.

What does not pay:

• Redlining a limited McLaren through downtown.
• Sitting AFK in a parked car (Drive-to-Earn wants motion).
• Off-roading into the desert with no speed limit to hug.

What does pay:

• A fuel-efficient daily driver from the car tier list (Tucson, RAV4 Hybrid, Mazda 3, Yaris).
• A looping highway between your job and a dealership, using the map.

3. Jobs (repeatable ticks)

Shop → Jobs, then physically go to the workplace. Ray’s Cafe and Tylo’s are the community high-pay names at about $750 every five minutes. The official New Town update promoted the Cafe Job at Peet’s Coffee & Tea in Sonora Vista (Peet’s and Boss Coffee both moved there). Keep a job selected at all times. Unemployed drivers miss ticks while they commute.

The job tier list ranks cafe/food as S, Drive-to-Earn as A when you are already moving, and police RP as B for cash (fun, not efficient, and gated by the Public Services pass).

4. Daily objectives (after the July 28 update)

The late-July patch added daily objectives such as buy a vehicle, drive mileage, and complete cafe orders. These are burst cash on top of the loop. Do the cheap ones first (mileage in a car you already own) before you buy a second chassis just to tick a box.

2. Cheap car that can hold highway speed without drinking the tank.
3. More fuel and a parked cafe routine.
4. Better A-tier trim if the first car is a dog.
5. House claim.
6. Custom plates and limited flex.
